Scrub-a-dub-dub

Using a body scrub once a week will keep your skin looking healthy and boost circulation. You don't have to spend money on them , you can make your own at home.
Here's our recipe:
½ cup of brown sugar
¼ cup of honey
3-4 drops of essential oil if you have some around. (Just make sure you're not allergic)
Mix it all in a bowl, jump into the shower, and get scrubbing
