Beer is a well known and very effective meat tenderiser. By combining these properties with some unique South African flavours, namely Chicken, Steak & Chops or Sticky Rib, a superb tenderiser and marinade has been created.
Beerbeque is sold as sachets of dry meat marinade, packaged in an acrylic beer mug.
Directions for use: Just mix 200ml of your favourite beer with a sachet of spices to create the perfect marinade and basting sauce.
