DermaFix Dermabright

Winter is a good time to sort-out problem skin, as you are in the sun less, which means your skin is less exposed to damage.

DermaFix Correctives Dermabright, R455, is a powerful 3-in-1 treatment for treating inflammatory non-cystic acne, suppressing pigmentation, and rejuvenating photo-aged skin

Mandelic acid, derived from the hydrolysis of an extract of bitter almonds has been studied extensively for its uses in treating common skin problems such as photo-ageing, irregular pigmentation and acne. DermaBright is useful in suppressing pigmentation, treating inflammatory non-cystic acne and rejuvenating photo-aged skin.

Dermabright helps with the following:

Fine Lines and wrinkles - Skin texture improves quickly. A notable difference between glycolic and Mandelic acid products is the lack of skin irritation and erythema that often accompany skin treatments with glycolic acid. Improvement can be seen in fine lines and wrinkles in patients with Fitzpatrick skin types 1through V1 without any post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.

Abnormal pigmentation - Including melasma, post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation and lentigines (large  freckles),improved quickly when treated  with DermaBright.  Melasma (brown spots) improvement up to 50% after 1 month of treatment.  No darkening of the Melasma when darker skin types are treated.  A sustained, gradual improvement is characteristic of this treatment product. Start with 2 drops in cleanser until full tolerance level achieved.

Acne improvement -Remarkable in patients treated with inflammatory pustular, comedonal and papular acne. Patients with gram-negative folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles) also showed improvement when using DermaBright. Patients with acne at grade 3 or below responded positively. DermaBright has been found to be especially useful in treating adult patients suffering from both photo-ageing and acne.
